Microwave chicken: an easy method for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Chicken – 800 g
Ginger and garlic puree – 50 ml
Salt – 1 Tsp
Coriander – ½ Tsp
Paprika – 1 ½ Tsp
Cinnamon – 1/3 Tsp
Turmeric – ½ Tsp
Pepper – ½ Tsp
Lemon juice of half lemon
 
METHOD
  1. Incise the chicken and then put it in the large bowl. Add ginger and garlic puree, salt, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric and pepper. Squeeze half lemon on the chicken. Mix it all together.
  2. Put the spicy chicken on the microwave plate.
  3. Bake on high 15 minutes. Overturn the chicken and then bake on high another 15 minutes.
  4. Serve it with potatoes and salad.
