Piadina cake: the easy recipe for a quick and tasty dinner!

Just eggs and some tortillas to make a great dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Butter
2 Tortilla
5 Eggs
100g of Ham
100g of Cheese

METHOD
  1. Grease the pan with butter and place the tortilla. Add eggs, ham, and cheese on top.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on one side, then turn it to the other side to bake for another 5 minutes until is golden brown on both sides.
