published on 15 May, 2020 at 12:09
Flour, water, a pinch of salt, without yeast! It's perfect for a quick and tasty dinner for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
400 g (3 cups) Flour 00
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
200 ml (1 cup) of water
30 ml oil (1/5 cup)
Cream cheese
Cooked ham
Rocket salad
METHOD
- Mix the flour with the baking soda, add the salt, oil and gradually add the water while you knead the dough.
- When you have kneaded the dough, leave it to stand, then divide the dough into four parts and knead 4 balls. Try to knead the balls in as few movements as possible, so that the dough does not become tough. Leave the balls to stand.
- Roll out each ball and fry the piadines in a heated pan without oil. Fill them with rocket salad, cream cheese and cooked ham.
