Homemade piadina: the easy way to make it perfect

Flour, water, a pinch of salt, without yeast! It's perfect for a quick and tasty dinner for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
400 g (3 cups) Flour 00
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
200 ml (1 cup) of water
30 ml oil (1/5 cup)
Cream cheese
Cooked ham
Rocket salad
 
METHOD
  1. Mix the flour with the baking soda, add the salt, oil and gradually add the water while you knead the dough.
  2. When you have kneaded the dough, leave it to stand, then divide the dough into four parts and knead 4 balls. Try to knead the balls in as few movements as possible, so that the dough does not become tough. Leave the balls to stand.
  3. Roll out each ball and fry the piadines in a heated pan without oil. Fill them with rocket salad, cream cheese and cooked ham.
