Fried piadinas: crunchy and super easy to make!

Ready in a pan in a few minutes, this is the perfect idea for a quick and tasty lunch!

INGREDIENTS
310g (2 1/2 cups) flour
250ml (1 cup) water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
300 g ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
2 eggs

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together flour, salt, water, and oil.
  2. Roll out the dough into the circle.
  3. Transfer to the baking pan and fill with meat and egg in the middle.
  4. Cover and fry from both sides until golden brown.
