Panko fried shrimps: the perfect recipe for a delicious and crunchy appetizer!

This appetizer will become your favorite. Here’s how to make your shrimps crunchy and super tasty with just 3 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
50g of flour 00
40 g of rice flour
130ml of light beer
6 shrimps 

METHOD
1. Clean the shrimps
2. Pour the flour, rice flour and beer into a bowl. Stir vigorously until you get a smooth but dense batter and not too liquid.
3. Dip the prawns first in the flour, then in the batter and finally in the Panko.
4. Fry in seed oil.
5. Add the salt and sauce of your choice. Your super crunchy shrimp are ready to be served!
