Sparkling shrimps: perfect in a few simple steps!

INGREDIENTS
500g of frozen prawns
1 lemon (juice)
Parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Dry sparkling wine
METHOD
1. Clean the shrimps by removing shells from them and with the help of a toothpick remove the intestinal thread.
2. Transfer the prawns to the mixing bowl, pour the juice of a lemon and the chopped parsley on them, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
3. In a pan add a drizzle of oil, heat, and pour the prawns, as soon as they take on color, add the sparkling wine.
4. As soon as the sparkling wine has evaporated it will be ready, it will take 5/6 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
