Bubble shrimp: the perfect way to start a special dinner!

Light and airy, these fried shrimps will be your new family favorite!
INGREDIENTS
35 g (4 ¾ tbsp) cornstarch;
10 g (1 ¼ tbsp) all-purpose flour;
1 g (¼ tsp) baking powder;
30 ml (2 tbsp) water;
1 egg white;
40 ml (2 tbsp+1 tsp) vegetable oil;
8-10 shrimps, cleaned and deveined.

METHOD
- Whisk cornstarch with flour and baking powder. Add water, egg white, and vegetable oil. Whisk to combine.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into the batter and cook for 2 minutes or until a bubble forms and the crust becomes golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite sauce.
