Bubble shrimp: the perfect way to start a special dinner!

Light and airy, these fried shrimps will be your new family favorite! 
 
INGREDIENTS
35 g (4 ¾ tbsp) cornstarch;
10 g (1 ¼ tbsp) all-purpose flour;
1 g (¼ tsp) baking powder;
30 ml (2 tbsp) water;
1 egg white;
40 ml (2 tbsp+1 tsp) vegetable oil;
8-10 shrimps, cleaned and deveined.
METHOD
  1. Whisk cornstarch with flour and baking powder. Add water, egg white, and vegetable oil. Whisk to combine.
  2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the batter and cook for 2 minutes or until a bubble forms and the crust becomes golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite sauce.
