Stuffed meatloaf: perfect for a special dinner!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
100g cherry tomatoes
50g green peas
500g minced meat
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sweet paprika
2 eggs
60g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
15ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
30ml (2 tbsp) ketchup
1 tsp salt
100g cherry tomatoes
50g green peas
500g minced meat
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sweet paprika
2 eggs
60g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
15ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
30ml (2 tbsp) ketchup
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together meat with eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another bowl mix together eggs with salt, cherry tomatoes, and green peas.
- Transfer the egg mixture to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
- Lay out the first layer of the meat into the baking pan, cover with a baked egg layer, and repeat. Spread with ketchup and soy sauce mixture.
- Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
