Meatloaf on a stick: they are perfect for snacking or even as an appetizer!

This quick, easy recipe for Meatloaf on a stick is going to be a new favorite for your pellet grill!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
370 g (13 oz) minced meat;
1 egg;
100 g (3.5 oz) breadcrumbs;
40 g (1.4 oz) cheese;
1 garlic clove, minced;
2/3 cups milk;
salt and pepper;
6 slices prosciutto.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Submerge skewers in cold water and set aside.
- Pour milk into breadcrumbs and set aside.
- Mix minced beef, egg, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs and make sure everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions and wrap each around the skewer. Form each into kebab and wrap a slice of prosciutto around it.
- Bake for 20 minutes, serve right away.
