Fried goat cheese balls: for a delicious appetizer to serve with honey!

INGREDIENTS
240g (1 cup) of goat cheese
30g (4 tbsp) of all-purpose flour
1 egg
80g (3/4 cup) of panko breadcrumbs

METHOD
Roll goat's cheese into balls, and chill for 20 minutes.
Roll each ball in flour, dip into whisked egg, and cover in breadcrumbs.
Fry in preheated oil for 2-3 minutes ou until golden and crispy.
