How to make chinese fried sesame balls: too delicious to not try them!

This is a traditional and popular Chinese recipe that will satisfy your craving!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup hot water;
2/3 cup brown sugar;
3 cups glutinous rice flour;
15 cheese cubes;
½ cup sesame seeds;
Vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD
- To make the dough combine sugar and hot water until crystals dissolve.
- Season rice flour with a generous pinch of salt and whisk. Pour sugar solution and knead the dough until it comes together.
- Separate the dough into 15 balls, flatten them between your palms and place a cube of cheese in the middle.
- Wrap all edges together around the cheese piece and roll into a smooth ball.
- Cover the ball with sesame and fry in preheated (180C/350F) oil for 8-10 minutes.
