INGREDIENTS
1 roll of pizza dough
Mozzarella balls
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza dough into small squares (about 4 cm). Add the mozzarella balls to each cube and roll them out to make a ball.
  2. Transfer the balls to the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
