Fried potato balls: incredibly good and cheesy!

These potato balls are perfect for a delicious appetizer ready in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
20 g (3 tbsp) cornstarch;
5-6 medium potatoes, peeled;
15 ml (1 tbsp) milk;
10 cubes mozzarella;
All-purpose flour;
3 eggs;
Panko breadcrumbs.
METHOD
  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Let cool down slightly.
  2. Mash potatoes with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix potato mash with cornstarch, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Roll potato mixture into balls and place a cube of cheese inside each ball.
  5. Roll potato balls in flour, dip into egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in preheated oil for 5 minutes.
