FRIED RICOTTA BALLS: so good that one leads to another! 😋

INGREDIENTS
260g (1 cup) of ricotta
1 egg + 2 eggs for coating
50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
Mint
Salt
Pepper
60g (1/2 cup) of breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Mix the ricotta, egg, parmesan, mint, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs to obtain a compact mixture.
2. Take the mixture with the help of a teaspoon and obtain the balls.
3. Pass the balls first to the eggs and then coat them with the breadcrumbs.
4. Transfer the balls to the pan with hot oil and fry them until golden brown.
5. Serve ricotta balls all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
