Fried dough balls with hazelnut cream: a perfect breakfast treat!

So fluffy and delicious, rich of hazelnut cream! You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• Flour 1 kg
• Potatoes 2
• Fresh Yeast 1 cube
• olive oil 2 tbsp.
• Milk
• salt
• Oil for frying
• Hazelnut cream
• powdered sugar
METHOD
- Boil potatoes, peel and grate finely.
- Sift flour into a bowl and add salt. Add potatoes, yeast, butter and mix with milk.
- Knead the dough. At this point, let rise for 1 hour.
- After an hour, knead the dough again with your hands upwards and let it rest again for another hour.
- Now, in a large saucepan, heat a lot of oil and a spoon dipped in water, cut off the mass of small pieces, giving them the shape of balls, and then fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
- Place them on a plate covered with kitchen paper to soak up excess oil, and tamp them.
- Serve a lot of balls, decorate with hazelnut cream and powdered icing sugar.
