Fried sweet buns: the perfect recipe for a unique breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
320ml (2 cups) water
80ml (1\2 cup) oil
450g (4 1/2 cups) flour
25g of yeast
1\2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grain
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together water with sugar and yeast, add in a few tablespoons of the flour and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Then add oil, salt, baking powder, vanilla and flour, mix everything together and leave for about 40 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into the big square and cut it into the 9 equal parts.
  4. Then connect every 2 parts making a bun. Fry it in the hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Decorate with hazelnut cream and hazelnut grains.
