Fried sweet buns: the perfect recipe for a unique breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
320ml (2 cups) water
80ml (1\2 cup) oil
450g (4 1/2 cups) flour
25g of yeast
1\2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grain
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together water with sugar and yeast, add in a few tablespoons of the flour and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Then add oil, salt, baking powder, vanilla and flour, mix everything together and leave for about 40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into the big square and cut it into the 9 equal parts.
- Then connect every 2 parts making a bun. Fry it in the hot oil until golden brown.
- Decorate with hazelnut cream and hazelnut grains.
