Fluffy milk buns: perfect for a tasty and unique breakfast!

They're fluffy like a cloud, a must-try! 
 
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
1 egg
45g (3 tbsp) sugar
1 tsp salt
400g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
7g dry yeast
50g (1/4 cup) butter
 
1 egg yolk
 
2 tbsp syrup
Apricot jam
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and yeast. Add in butter, egg and salt.
  2. Mix it well and let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
  3. Cut into 10-12 pieces and roll out them.
  4. Then roll the dough and transfer it to the baking pan. Let it rise for 15 minutes more and spread with egg.
  5. Bake at 180’C ( 350’F) for 25 minutes.
