Fluffy buns: for a quick but very tasty dinner!

They are just irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
7g dry yeast;
60g (½ cup) sugar;
200ml (¾ cup+1 tbsp) warm water;
200ml (¾ cup+1 tbsp) warm milk;
2 eggs whites;
80ml (⅓ cup) olive oil;
1 tsp salt;
780g (6 ¼ cups) all-purpose flour;
12 slices ham;
250g (2 cups) cheese, shredded;
350g (2 cups) fried eggplant.

250g (2 cups) cheese, shredded;
350g (2 cups) fried eggplant.
METHOD
- Whisk dry yeast with milk, water, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg whites.
- Add flour into the liquids and knead until smooth dough forms. Form into a ball and set aside for 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into 12 pieces and form each into a ball.
- Roll each ball into a rectangle, then place a piece of ham, some eggplants, and cheese on top.
- Roll each bun as shown in the video, then set it aside to rise for 20-30 minutes.
- Make 3 cuts on each bun, then brush buns with egg wash and bake for 25 minutes at 190°C/375°F.
