Bread rolls: fluffy and delicious, perfect for a quick dinner!

They are super tasty and easy to make, you only need some slice of white bread!
INGREDIENTS

Slices of white bread 12
Potato (cooked) - 500g
frozen peas - 25 g
Cashew-10
Green chili pepper (chopped) -4
Ginger (grated) -2"
Garlic cloves (grated) -10
Turmeric-1/3 tsp
Red ground chili-1/3 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
Finely chopped coriander leaves
METHOD
- Knead the potatoes and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add green chili pepper, grated ginger, and garlic, fry for a minute over medium heat.
- Add green peas, fry for a minute over medium heat.
- Add turmeric powder, red ground chili, chopped cashews and cook for a few seconds.
- Add potatoes, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt to taste.
- Mix the spices correctly and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat, continue stirring.
- Turn off the heat and add the coriander leaves, mix and let the oil / filling cool completely.
- Cut the brown edges of the bread slices.
- Take one slice of bread and dip it in plain water, immediately remove it and gently squeeze the water.
- Put the filling in the middle and roll it from all sides to seal, give it the shape of a ball.
- Heat enough oil in a pan, let the oil warm up properly.
- Put the buns in hot oil one by one, fry them over medium heat until they turn golden brown.
- Once the buns turn golden brown, take them out on a kitchen towel.
