Egg roll omelette: perfect for a fresh and quick dinner!

Here's a tasty idea to use zucchini!
INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
4g (1 tsp) salt
2g (1/2 tsp) pepper
30g (2 tbsp) parmesan
5 eggs
200g (1 cup) cream cheese
150g ham
METHOD
- Grate the zucchini.
- In a mixing bowl, pour eggs, salt, pepper and parmesan. Mix well. Add the zucchini and mix everything together.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake at 360F / 180C for 20 minutes.
- Coat the rolled with cream cheese and cover with ham.
- Roll up and cut into slices. Serve.
