Zucchini omelette roll: the second dish with a unique taste!

The result is so mouth-watering!
INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
8 eggs
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
200g (1 cup) cheese
200g ham
METHOD
- Cut the zucchini. Add salt and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Beat eggs and salt with a mixer. Pour over zucchini.
- Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Put the cheese and ham on the omelette. Roll it all together.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
