Egg zucchini boats: a simple dish that everyone will taste!

This is one of those simple but fancy dishes that always taste perfect and are appropriate for almost every occasion: breakfast, lunch, dinner, or appetizer!

INGREDIENTS

Eggs – 8-12 pcs

Onion- 2 pcs

Mozzarella – 150 grams

Gouda – 150 grams

Bacon – 200 grams

Parsley

METHOD

Hollow out zucchini. Fry the bacon, onions and the middle of the squash.
Fill the zucchini. Insert eggs. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven on 180°C 30 min.
Sprinkle with parsley.
