Egg baguette boat: a tasty idea for a special dinner!

Just pour the eggs into the buns, the result will leave you speechless!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
6 buns;
6 eggs;
70g (½ cup) cheese, cut into cubes;
70g (½ cup) ham, cut into cubes;
More cheese for topping.
METHOD
- Make slits on top of each bun and empty them out, without making a hole through, to form a boat.
- Fill each boat with ham and cheese pieces, then top with egg, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle more cheese on top.
- Bake at 190C/375F for 20 minutes.
