Zucchini omelette: the classic recipe served in an original way!

Just pour the egg mixture over the zucchini to make an incredible dinner recipe in a few minutes!
INGREDIENTS
1 medium zucchini;
3 eggs;
80g (⅔ cup) cheese, shredded;
3-4 slices ham.

METHOD
- Slice zucchinis into thin rounds and remove the seeds using a small cookie cutter.
- Whisk 3 eggs with salt and pepper.
- Pour some olive oil into the pan and layer out zucchini slices.
- After about 2 minutes pour eggs on top and cook until set.
- Flip the omelette and top with ham and cheese.
- Fold into 2 and serve right away.
