2 ways omelette: perfect for a quick and easy lunch!

Pour the eggs over the tomatoes and your dinner will be ready in 5 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Egg white
- 1 Egg
- Zucchinis – 80g ( 1/2 cup )
- Olive oil – 5g ( 1/2 tbsp )
- Spring onion – 15g ( 2 tbsp )
- Salt – 4g ( 1 tsp )
- Hot pepper flakes – 1g ( 1/4 tsp )
- Rocket salad
METHOD:
- Cut the spring onion and add to an oiled hot pan.
- Cut the zucchinis and put them into a pan. Flip them and add hot pepper flakes and salt.
- In a bowl add egg whites and egg. Whisk it and pour onto zucchinis.
- Roll it and serve with rocket salad.

- Tomato – 200g ( 1 1/3 cups )
- Butter – 5g ( 1 tsp )
- Oregano – 4g ( 1 tsp )
- Cayenne pepper – 1g ( 1/4 tsp )
- Salt – 4g ( 1 tsp )
- Pepper – 4g ( 1 tsp )
- Rocket salad
METHOD:
- Cut the tomatoes. In a hot pan add butter and tomatoes.
- Flip them and add salt.
- Add eggs and spices.
- When it is well cooked, serve with rocket salad.
