Broccoli omelette: a light and tasty dish!

This is the perfect dish to make kids eat more veggies! 
 
INGREDIENTS:
 
  •  800g ( 5 cups ) Broccoli 
  • 4 Eggs
  •  2 tbsp Flour 
  •  1 clove Garlic 
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt  
 
METHOD:
  1. Grate the broccoli and put it in a bowl. Add eggs, flour,  garlic, salt and mix.
  2. In a hot pan pour some oil and put the broccoli mixture. Cover it and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for a little while.
  3. Cut the omelette into squares and serve.
