Broccoli omelette: a light and tasty dish!

This is the perfect dish to make kids eat more veggies!
INGREDIENTS:
- 800g ( 5 cups ) Broccoli
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 clove Garlic
- Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
METHOD:
- Grate the broccoli and put it in a bowl. Add eggs, flour, garlic, salt and mix.
- In a hot pan pour some oil and put the broccoli mixture. Cover it and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for a little while.
- Cut the omelette into squares and serve.
