Spanish cabbage and potatoes omelette: an easy and tasty idea for lunch!

This recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
1 large potato ( 1 cup )
1 large onion ( 1 cup )
1 cup cabbage ( optional )
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
coriander leaves
1/2 cup cheese ( optional )
 
METHOD
  1. In a pan add oil, potato and onion, fry for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add cabbage and species. Fry for 10 minutes more.
  3. Add in eggs, sprinkle with cheese and coriander. Fry for 5 minutes.
