Cabbage meatloaf: a simple and tasty recipe!

A simple way to cook cabbage, the result is so delicious and perfect for a tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 large cabbage;
500g (1 pound) minced meat;
1 onion, chopped;
100g (1 cup) cooked rice;
1 egg;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Egg wash.
METHOD
- Peel off outer cabbage layers and boil them in salted water until soft.
- Leave cabbage to cool down, meanwhile combine meat with rice, salt, pepper and egg.
- Layer 6 cabbage leaves onto a piece of parchment, overlapping slightly.
- Spread meat filling on top evenly.
- Roll cabbage as shown on the video and carefully transfer it into a baking dish.
- You can add some potatoes to make garnish at the same time.
- Bake at 200C/400F for 40 minutes covered, then remove foil, brush the roll with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes more.
