Cabbage meatloaf: a simple and tasty recipe!

A simple way to cook cabbage, the result is so delicious and perfect for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
 1 large cabbage;
 500g (1 pound) minced meat;
 1 onion, chopped;
 100g (1 cup) cooked rice;
 1 egg;
 Salt and pepper to taste;
 Egg wash.
 
METHOD
  1.  Peel off outer cabbage layers and boil them in salted water until soft.
  2.  Leave cabbage to cool down, meanwhile combine meat with rice, salt, pepper and egg.
  3.  Layer 6 cabbage leaves onto a piece of parchment, overlapping slightly.
  4.  Spread meat filling on top evenly.
  5.  Roll cabbage as shown on the video and carefully transfer it into a baking dish.
  6.  You can add some potatoes to make garnish at the same time.
  7.  Bake at 200C/400F for 40 minutes covered, then remove foil, brush the roll with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes more.
