How to make crispy cutlet in no-time
INGREDIENTS

4 Pork chop
2 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Salad:
Cabbage
30g (2 tbsp) Mayo
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
METHOD
2 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Salad:
Cabbage
30g (2 tbsp) Mayo
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Season the pork chop with salt and pepper. Add egg to it and mix. Put the meat into flour, then cover with whisked egg. Put it then into breadcrumbs and fry it.
- For the salad: Cut the cabbage. Make a dressing with mayo, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sesame. Put the dressing onto chopped cabbage. Mix and serve with meat.
