Saucy fried cutlets: how to make them crispy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
6 pork cutlets;
Salt and pepper;
6 slices cheese;
1 cup panko breadcrumbs;
1 cup flour;
2 eggs;
½ cup milk;
½ cup tomato sauce.
METHOD
- Make a slit in a pork cutlet and open it like a book. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Layer a slice of cheese on top of the cutlet, add tomato sauce on top and roll everything carefully.
- Make sure te secure edges very well. If the cutlet is small, you can use toothpicks, but don’t forget to remove them before serving.
- Whisk eggs with salt and milk.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in the egg mixture and cover in breadcrumbs.
- Cook each cutlet in oil for 8-10 minutes (4-5 on each side).
