Saucy fried cutlets: how to make them crispy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
 6 pork cutlets;
 Salt and pepper;
 6 slices cheese;
 1 cup panko breadcrumbs;
 1 cup flour;
 2 eggs;
 ½ cup milk;
 ½ cup tomato sauce.
 
METHOD
  1.  Make a slit in a pork cutlet and open it like a book. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2.  Layer a slice of cheese on top of the cutlet, add tomato sauce on top and roll everything carefully.
  3.  Make sure te secure edges very well. If the cutlet is small, you can use toothpicks, but don’t forget to remove them before serving.
  4.  Whisk eggs with salt and milk.
  5.  Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in the egg mixture and cover in breadcrumbs.
  6.  Cook each cutlet in oil for 8-10 minutes (4-5 on each side).
