Chicken cutlets in 10 minutes: here's how to make them extra crispy and tasty

INGREDIENTS
5 chicken breasts
Breadcrumbs to taste
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Flour
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
3. Season your breadcrumbs with parsley, basil and parmesan. Give it a mix.
4. Dip the chicken breast first in flour, then in the beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the cutlets in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
6. When they're golden brown they're ready. Add some salt and enjoy your crispy and delicious cutlets!
