Bolognese cutlet: the original italian recipe!

Forget the usual cutlets, try this amazing recipe instead. The meat will be tender, tasty, creamy and cheesy.
INGREDIENTS
veal meat
flour
breadcrumbs
eggs
salt
pepper
nutmeg
nutmeg
prosciutto
parmesan
vegetable oil
METHOD
1. Dust the meat with flour and shake off any excess.
2. Use a fork to whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3. Dip the cutlets in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

4. Fry in the vegetable oil or in the butte until golden.
