Baked cutlet with tomato and Provola cheese: an easy and tasty recipe!

You can use beef or chicken, preparing the cutlets in this way is a tasty and lighter alternative.
Ready in just 30 minutes, they’re great for a delicious and fast dinner.
INGREDIENTS
slices of meat
1 egg
salt
pepper
bread crumbs
Oregano
provola cheese
tomato sauce
parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Dip the slices of meat in the beaten egg.
2. Then coat the slices of meat in breadcrumbs.
3. Place the cutlets on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Add the sauce, provola cheese, oregano and parmesan cheese to each cutlet.
5. Bake for another 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot with some basil.
