The perfect recipe for a quick and tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the eggplant into thick slices, season them with salt and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, add the cherry tomatoes and provola cheese.
