Bruschetta: The original and authentic recipe

Today our Elpidio is going to show you how to make the original and authentic Italian bruschetta.
They are fast, super tasty and easy to prepare, ideal when you have guests and very little time.
they have a very summery food vibe but here we eat them all year round as a starter.
Ingredients:
400g baby plum or cherry tomatoes
350g Italian bread
extra-virgin olive oil to taste
handful of basil leaves
oregano to taste
salt
pepper
Method:
1. Slice the bread
2. Toast it until golden brown
3. Rub a clove of garlic on the bread to give extra flavour
4. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
5. Top up the slices with the mix and drizzle some more olive oil
