300g passata (tomato sauce)
50g carrots
50g celery
50g onion
salt
pepper
100ml red wine
150g pancetta
water
olive oil
320g fresh tagliatelle
METHOD

METHOD
- Start with chopping finely celery, carrots, onion, and pancetta
- Olive oil in the pan
- Add the pancetta first and when it turns golden throw your veggie in
- Cook it for about 10 min. then add the minced meat
- And now make it boozey with a nice glass of red wine
- Add the tomato passata and let it cook for at least 2 hours
- From time to time add some veggie broth or hot water and stir it up.
Ecco fatto, our bolognese is ready, now it's time to try!
I love to sprinkle some Parmigiano on top.
