Spaghetti alla carrettiera is simple yet flavorful dish and comes together in minutes.
INGREDIENTS
250g spaghetti

garlic
onion
olive oil
parsley
chili peppers
pepper
oregano
breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Toast some breadcrumbs with olive oil about 3 minutes in a pan.
2. Cook the garlic and the onion in the olive oil. Add the chili peppers.
3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Save ΒΌ cup (60 ml) of pasta water, then drain.
4. Add the reserve pasta water and bring to a simmer. Add the parsley and the breadcrumbs.
5. Serve hot.
