Squids in parsley sauce: how to embellish your dish in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
Squid
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon (juice)
METHOD
1. In a food processor add the garlic, parsley, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon (juice) and mix to prepare the parsley sauce.
2. Arrange the squid on the pan and fry them on both sides without adding oil.
3. Place a couple of spoons of the parsley sauce on the serving dish and arrange the prepared squid on top. Add more parsley sauce on top.
