Zucchini squares: how to make a savory dish in a pan in a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1 large zucchini (around 400g);
2 eggs;
85g (⅔ cup) flour;
salt and pepper;
3 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted;
100g (½ cup) cheese, cubbed;
3 tbsp chopped mixed greens (parsley, dill, scallions).
METHOD
- Grate zucchini on a large grater and squeeze excess liquid using your hands.
- Add flour, eggs, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, greens and cheese into the mixture.
- Heat 1 cm of vegetable oil in a pan. Pour zucchini mixture into the pan and cover with a lid. Cook on low for 10 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for 10 minutes more.
- Cut into squares before serving and serve with your favorite cream sauce
