Zucchini and chicken squares: a tasty dish for the whole family!

Put all the ingredients into a pan and bake! A full dish ready in less than 60 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
560g zucchini
300g Tomato
130g Bulgarian pepper
500g Minced meat
50g Onions
130ml / 0.52 cup yogurt
3 eggs
1/3 tsp dry garlic
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper
Greenery
 
METHOD
  1. Add salt, pepper, dry garlic, coriander, paprika and chopped onion to the minced meat. Mix. Put in the form.
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze the juice. Chop the tomatoes, squeeze the juice and add to the zucchini. Add chopped peppers, eggs, yogurt, salt, pepper. Stir and place in a second layer.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
