Whole chicken in milk: the best chicken recipe of all time!

Pour the milk over the chicken and cook for a tasty and amazing meal!

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 1 handfull sage

• grated zest and juice from 2 lemons

• 1 ½ kg chicken

• coarse salt

• freshly ground pepper

• 10 garlic cloves

• 10 rosemary

• 600ml milk

METHOD

Tie the chicken legs together with the kitchen twine. Do the same with the wings and put in the pan
Season with salt and pepper. Heat the pan, add a little oil and brown chicken on all sides.
Discard the oil from the pot, but you want all the pieces stuck at the bottom of the pot.
Put the chicken back in the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes at 190°C/374°F. 30 minutes before this is done, remove the foil so that it can turn gold.
Water the chicken juice as often as possible so that it is as tasty and juicy as possible.
