Whole chicken in milk: the best chicken recipe of all time!

Pour the milk over the chicken and cook for a tasty and amazing meal!
INGREDIENTS
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 handfull sage
• grated zest and juice from 2 lemons
• 1 ½ kg chicken
• coarse salt
• freshly ground pepper
• 10 garlic cloves
• 10 rosemary
• 600ml milk
METHOD
- Tie the chicken legs together with the kitchen twine. Do the same with the wings and put in the pan
- Season with salt and pepper. Heat the pan, add a little oil and brown chicken on all sides.
- Discard the oil from the pot, but you want all the pieces stuck at the bottom of the pot.
- Put the chicken back in the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes at 190°C/374°F. 30 minutes before this is done, remove the foil so that it can turn gold.
- Water the chicken juice as often as possible so that it is as tasty and juicy as possible.
