Chicken omelette cake: a tasty idea for the whole family!

The tastiest dish you can prepare in no time with this easy recipe:

INGREDIENTS

500g (1 pound) chicken breast, cut into cubes;

300g (10 oz) sour cream;

3 eggs;

1 cup shredded cheese;

1 tomato, sliced;

Salt and pepper;

Olive oil.

METHOD

Combine chicken pieces with some salt, pepper and olive oil.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Brush round baking pan with some olive oil, add chicken and pour eggs on top. Mix to combine with half of the cheese.
Add leftover cheese on top and cover with tomato slices.
Bake for 45-55 minutes at 180C/350F.
