Chicken rolls: cheesy and very tasty!

This is a delicious chicken dinner recipe the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts;
4 slices of prosciutto;
4 slices cheese;
salt and pepper;
2 eggs;
120 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
panko breadcrumbs.
METHOD
  1. Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise. Flatten each piece out using a rolling pin and a piece of parchment.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place sliced cheese and prosciutto on top of each chicken piece and roll.
  4. Dredge rolls in flour, dip in whisked eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place into a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil before baking at 190C/375F for 25 minutes.
