Steamed chicken rolls: an easy and tasty recipe with a genius method!

Use a rolling pin to make something special! You will totally fall in love with this.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken legs 4
Sliced onion 1/2
Sliced garlic cloves 2
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
 
METHOD
  1. Press chicken legs with the rolling pin, cut off bones from it.
  2. Beat off the meat with the rolling pin again. Transfer it to the bowl, add onion, garlic, pepper, salt and soy sauce. Mix it well with your hand.
  3. Transfer the meat to the foil and wrap it into the foil.
  4. Cook it on a water bath for 35-40 minutes.
