Moist chicken rolls: creamy and with a unique taste!

A delicious idea for a tasty recipe!

INGREDIENTS

2 chicken breast, sliced

8 slices cooked ham

8 slices cheese

60g (1/2 cup) flour

30ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil

15g (1 tbsp) butter

1 white onion, sliced

30ml (2 tbsp) white wine

METHOD

Place a slice of chicken breast on a cutting board, top with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham.
Wrap the chicken to obtain a small roll and secure with toothpicks. Continue with the remaining chicken, cheese, and ham.
Coat each roll in flour.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil and butter. When butter melts add onion, stir well and pour in the wine. Give a good stir and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Place chicken rolls on the onion bed, cover with a lid, and cook for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve and enjoy.
