Chicken meatloaf: a rich and tasteful recipe!

A delicious recipe perfect for a tasty lunch!

INGREDIENTS
 1 kg (2 pounds) chicken breasts;
 3 eggs;
 1 medium white onion;
 200 g (2 cups) cabbage, shredded;
 1 large potato, shredded;
 2 garlic cloves, minced;
 Salt and pepper to taste;
 ½ tsp ground coriander;
 1 tsp paprika;
 Sliced cheese.
 
METHOD
  1.  Blend chicken with eggs until smooth paste forms.
  2.  Add vegetables, spices, garlic and blend again to combine,
  3.  Spread chicken on a greased parchment paper on a large sheet. Top with cheese slices and roll. Leave wrapped in parchment.
  4.  Bake at 190C/375F for 1 hour. Remove parchment and broil to add more color.
