Salami meatloaf

Ingredients
 

700 g ground turkey
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
200 g spiced salami
250 g mozzarella cheese
 

Method
Make the meat dough by combining all ingredients from the list but the spiced salami and cheese.
Put half of the meat mixture on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Arrange spiced salami on it then cheese and than again spiced salami.
Use the other half of the meat to complete the meatloaf and decorate it with some more salami.
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
