Salami roll: quick and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
8 oz cream cheese
10 oz sliced salami
1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
1/4 cup sliced marinated red peppers
2 tsp capers
1/4 cup sliced green olives
2 tsp freshly chopped parsley
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Rocket salad
PREPARATION
Place cream cheese between two sheets of plastic wrap. Roll out cream cheese into a thin rectangle.
Remove top piece of plastic wrap. Top cream cheese with overlapping slices of salami. Place another sheet of plastic wrap on top of the salami.
Flip the sheet over and remove the top sheet of plastic. Top one third of the sheet of cream cheese with sliced pepperoncini. Top the middle third of the sheet with sliced marinated red peppers and capers. Top the final third of the cream cheese sheet with sliced olives.
Sprinkle the entire sheet with parsley, black pepper and garlic powder.
Slowly roll the salami roll away from you, wrapping it very tightly. Chill for 30 minutes.
Slice into small rounds. Serve on top of a bed of rocket salad.
