Chocolate salami: an easy and quick recipe!

This chocolate log is an easy to make and very tasty dessert. You will only need few ingredients, but the result is quite delicious and everyone will love it!
INGREDIENTS
250g plain cookies
170g unsweetened cocoa powder
250g margarine
250g sugar
4 pasteurized egg yolks
80g dark chocolate
powdered sugar, as needed
DIRECTIONS
Mix together the butter, sugar and egg yolks. Then, add the cocoa powder, crushed cookies and the dark chocolate. Combine all the ingredients together to form a thick, almost solid mixture. Using a sheet of cling wrap to make the process easier, start shaping the mixture into a log. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Dust with some powdered sugar and serve!
To pasteurize the egg yolks, beat them in a double boiler for a few minutes. Wait until they have cooled completely before adding them to the mixture.
