Pistachio chocolate salami: the Turkish dessert that everyone will love!

 A delicious dessert made with chocolate and cookies, very simple to make!
 
INGREIDENTS
400g (2 packages) cookies;
140g (⅝ cup) sugar;
100g (¼ cup + 3 tbsp) butter;
120g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate, chopped;
100g (1 cup) cocoa powder;
100g (¾ cup) pistachio;
100g (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) milk.
METHOD
  1. Chop cookies into pieces with a knife.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
  3. Combine cookies with sugar, cocoa, toasted pistachios, milk, and melted chocolate. Mix to combine.
  4. Form a salami log on a piece of parchment and wrap it nicely. Let sit in the fridge for 2 hours.
